This is a great place to stop for clean restrooms and a refreshing drink in the middle of nowhere. It is an oasis and we make the stop every time. Minus one star for atrocious wi-fi. That being said, it is free. The drinks are consistently good (though not surprising because it is a Starbucks). We will probably be back!

Grabbed some coffee on the way back to Seattle after having to stay the night in La Grande. For some reason this was the best tasting Starbucks I've EVER had. The guy at the drive thru was SUPER friendly and the service was fast.

Good coffee, HORRIBLE service. 4 employees and 3 of them were very very rude. I would never go back to this Starbucks.

Felt like I needed a little caffeine boost on the last 150 miles of my trip. Next thing I know, I'm in LaGrande where my favorite Starbucks is located!!! Yay!!!!

There are problems here. My wife went twice over a weekend looking for yogurt and they had none. In the afternoon they were not too accommodating on bold coffee but when I got a cup on the third day it was the worst cup of Starbucks coffee I have ever had. I realized that twenty miles down the road so there was no going back...

On my way to Portland I decided to stop for Gas and Coffee. So, Oregon is one of the states you cant pump your own gas. So, here's the story I stopped for gas..and yes I didn't have to get out of the car. Then still being lazy I stopped at a drive thru Starbucks. The staff was really friendly. The Barista noticed my car all packed up and asked where are you coming from and where are you going? then noticed my little doggie and asked if I wanted a treat for him. Now that's service! Take care of me and my dog. I hate to say this but my Iced Cafe Latte was so-so. But service was awesome so I'll be back... this time before driving off into the sunset I'll take a sip first...incase I need to change the drink.

It's hard to disappoint me with Starbucks but this place was seriously below average. Crowded, loud music, staff seemed stressed, other customers had poor social social skills, my drink was 3/4 ice because the barista didn't use enough milk. I went in with a cup full of granola trying to steal some skim milk for it but all they had was half and half available, so I had to suffer through eating my cereal floating in half and half- unwanted extra calories that my slender frame can't bear to consume. Avoid this place.

This is a must stop every year on our way in and out of Hood River, OR. Your typical Starbuck, clean and nice. -1 star because they put a purse hanger on the bathroom door that is at elbow level. I have a gigantic bruise still after a week.

I appreciate that my receipt states exactly how many milliliters of water are in my Ethos bottled water. Wondering if I'm properly hydrated is something that keeps me awake at night and knowing that I drank 700 milliliters of water that has been trucked across the country and put in a petroleum-based plastic water bottle with a "don't feel guilty" Ethos label gives me peace of mind. Oddly the line on the receipt for my eight ounce coffee states no quantity at all. It reads "SH MORNING PICK" which if I didn't order the coffee myself would have no clue what that is.

Cute little stand alone store next to the highway with friendly service and clean restrooms. No Top Pot doughnuts, but a nice transition to the non-Seattle coffee world.

Best Starbucks ever. End of story.

Nice people, free wifi, and easy access. The best part of this starbucks is the people. I have been going to this Starbucks since its opening. The majority of the staff are the same as when it opened. Some have become great friends! It would be a five star for me but there is a few things that would make it better. The sitting area is not comfortable, the temperature is to cool, and the music is too loud. (Even if they fixed the last two I would rate it a five star the staff is soo GOOD!)

Is it wrong that I visit far too many Starbucks in any given month? Well, this is another regular stop, and was one I visited daily last year for a couple of months while working in La Grande. I wasn't a yelper then, but now that I am, I want it known that this Starbucks is an excellent place to stop at. Service is always great, coffee is always excellent, and these two combined will bring you back again and again.

We often stop here when coming through this town on the way to Idaho. This is a great stop for us as we have come up from Pendleton over the pass. This is a good restroom break for us. I think I always buy a cup or mug here.
